Victoria is an intellectual property and media law specialist. She is acknowledged in this field. Her practice has been recognised in excellence awards on many occasions. She acts for both claimants and defendants in Libel, Privacy, Data, Trade Mark and Copyright disputes and is a panelist on various domain name and media arbitration panels. As well as contentious media law work, for many years she has provided regular pre-publication advice to various national newspapers and online publishers.
